How do I register?
Registering for Rollover Bingo is quick and easy. Simply click on the Join now button on the home page, or in the navigation bar, and fill in your details on the registration page. It only takes a minute or two to do this, then you're ready to go, and to claim any Rollover offers available to you.
Who am I contracting with?
The Operator is called Cassava Enterprises (gibralter) Ltd. It is regulated by the Gaming Authority. Rollover Bingo is a brand promoted by Cashcade Ltd, a UK based Marketing company.
Why do you take my credit card details when I register?
We take credit card details at the point of registration so that we can verify your identity. Please be assured that no money will be debited from your account unless you decide to deposit funds with us, and select an amount you wish to deposit. Winnings are sent back to the card with the most exposure. Only when the balance has been paid on that card, can you request funds to be processed back to a new one.
How do I log in?
There is a log in box at the top of every page, towards the right hand side. You will need to keep your username and password handy to log in. This username and password is unique to you and will be sent to you on your first email you receive from Rollover Bingo, once you have registered with us. You need to be logged in if you wish to play bingo and other games, deposit funds, withdraw funds and edit your details.
What happens if I forget my alias or password?
Its easily done! Don't worry though as its quickly remedied. If it's the password you've forgotten, simply click the link above the 'Go' sign on the top right hand side called 'Forgotten password', enter your email address and we'll send you a password to your email address. How do I refer a friend?
You can invite your friends to play at Rollover bingo too! And we'll give you 5,000 bingo points to play with too! Once you're logged in you can choose the refer a friend tab in the My Account page. Fill in their details and click send! Don't forget they need to be over 18 and you need to get their agreement to receive an invite from us. Once they have signed up and spent £5 or more on the site, we will credit your account with 5,000 BPs.
Do I have to Download the software?
No! Rollover Bingo is an non-downloadable product, so you will be ready to play as soon as you register with us. To play, just click the 'play now' button in the navigation bar and you're ready to go. You will need to have the latest flash version to run the software. Your computer will indicate if you need to download flash.
Does Rollover Bingo run on Mac or PC?
You can play Rollover Bingo on both Mac and PC. And you only need a simple computer to play this with. You will need access to the internet to get the Rollover Bingo website up. And for a better gaming experience you would recommend a broadband connection rather than a dial up service.
Banking, Deposits and Withdrawls
What payment methods do you accept?
All banking is provided by Brigend, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cassava Enterpises Gibraltar Limited. You will notice their logo when you launch the banking interface from Rollover Bingo. Brigend accepts most payment methods. Cedit and debit cards accepted are Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, Switch, Solo, Mastercard and Maestro. Brigend also accept Neteller and Firepay. How do I make a deposit?
Making a deposit is simple. Once you have registered / signed in, you will be taken to the members area. Here you can click on the 'Deposit' button. This will open another window which opens the payment system, Brigend. Here you can click which amount of deposit you would like to make.
What is the minimum amount I can deposit?
You can deposit as little as £5 at any one time, except when recieivng a special deposit bonus, where the minimum deposit is £10.
What is the minimum I can withdraw?
The minimum is £30
Can I withdraw money won with my free welcome bonus?
You can withdraw money won with your free cash bonus so long as you have previously made a deposit, and the withdrawal is for £30 or more. You cannot withdraw the free cash bonus you have been given. This needs to be played.
I have made a withdrawal, when will the money be in my bank account or on my credit card?
It takes up to 8 working days for funds to appear in your account. All withdrawal transactions are processed by Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Limited within 2 working days from your oringinal request. However your bank or credit card company may take up to 6 working days from then to complete the process.
We will allocate withdrawals to cards used on your account so as to cover expenditure on those cards across the life of the account.
Can I set myself personal limits on the amount that I can deposit and withdraw?
Every player has deposit and withdrawal limits set on their account. The default deposit limits set when you join are £2,000 per day, £5,000 per week and £10,000 per month. Default withdrawal limits are set at £1,000 per day, £2,000 per week and £5,000 per month.
You can change your deposit limits by contacting our Customer Support team using the help form on our support page, or by telephone, on 0207 081 0977 between 10am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You can make a one time withdrawal should you have a win that exceeds your withdrawal limit. It is our policy to make checks to validate your identity in the case of large withdrawals and we will ask you to provide us with photocopies of the card you are withdrawing to (front and back) plus two pieces of ID:
1. Either Passport or Driving Licence AND 2. Bank Statement or Utility Bill
In the case of a Wire Transfer we will require you to provide us with copies of your bank statement showing account details and personal information.
How will my transactions appear on my bank or credit card?
Your deposits and withdrawals will be listed on your bank statement under the title Brigend.
Bonuses and Bingo Points
What are bingo Points?
Bingo points are essentially loyalty points. We reward you for playing bingo with us with BPs. You can earn points for every bingo card you purchase, when you refer a friend, in our chat games and when you match 3 or 4 lottery balls. To learn more about BPs, click here
How do I redeem BPs
Every 1000 BPs you earn is worth £1. Redeeming your BPs is easy. All you have to do is log on, go to the My Account page and click Redeem Points in the Loyalty section. Type in how many points you wish to redeem and click the Redeem Points button. Please remember that you can only purchase bingo cards with the money redeemed from BPs
What deposit bonuses do you give at Rollover bingo?
We match your first deposit with a 100% bonus, and subsequent deposits with a 50% bonus, upt to a max of £150. the minimum deposit is £10.
Can I claim the welcome bonus and then withdraw it?
We offer bonus money so that you can have a chance to play for more time at Rollover bingo and get a chance to enjoy the game. You cannot simply withdraw the money we give you in this way. You must play it through, and of course if you have any winnings form the free bonus money we give you then you can withdraw these funds (subject to a £30 minimum withdrawal)

Free National Lottery lines
How many free lottery syndicate tickets do I get?
Rollover bingo is the only bingo site to give away Free National Lottery lines when you play bingo. You will receive 1 line for every £5 worth of bingo cards purchased so if you spend £25 you will get 5 free lines.
This is brand new bingo concept. The more bingo you play the more lines we reward you with and this means the more chances you get of winning the big one!
When will I get my free lines?
Your tickets are awarded every 24 hours. That means if you play on draw day you will be entered into the next draw and not the one that evening. To view your tickets simply visit the member login area and click the My Live Tickets tab.
Am I sharing my lines?
Yes. Your free lines are awarded as part of a lottery syndicate made up of up to 49 players. The good news is that for any 3 or 4 ball win we will payout the full winnings to you in BPs instead of sharing between your syndicate members. That means your will win approximately 62,000 BPs when you get a 4 ball match!
Remember, 1 in 4 jackpots are won by syndicates. The Rollover Bingo team, believe that by rewarding you with more lines each time you play means that you have better odds of winning the big one!
What happens if I win?
For any 3 or 4 ball win we will payout the full winnings to you in BPs instead of sharing between your syndicate members. The BPs will be auto credited to your account so you don't need to remember to make a claim.
For any 5 ball or jackpot win we will notify all winners by email and pay your share by cheque. We would love to let Britain's Bingo players know who the Rollover Bingo winners are subject to your agreement so that we can spread the Rollover Bingo word as the best way to have all the fun of bingo and play lottery for free.
How do I claim my lotto winnings?
Don't worry about claiming as all of this is done automatically.
When you get a 3 or 4 ball match we will auto credit your bingo account with BPs so you don't need to remember to make a claim.

How will I know if i've won?
