3. If your syndicate wins the National Lottery EuroMillions draw, with 4 or more main balls (with the required number of Lucky Stars to win a prize), the win will be shared in cash between all the syndicate members. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. 'Rollover Bingo' and 'rolloverbingo.com' are brands owned by Cashcade Limited (a UK registered company) ("Cashcade").

2. The games Cashcade promote on this website are operated by Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Limited (the "Company") under its remote gambling licence issued by the Government of Gibraltar. The games are powered by software belonging to Brigend Limited ("Brigend"). Brigend is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cassava and both companies are Gibraltan.

3. When you the end user ("You, Your") use this website, open an account and play games You enter into a legally binding contract with the Company as it operates this website and the games promoted by Cashcade on it. This legally binding contract is subject to the terms and conditions set out below, the Privacy Policy and all other terms displayed on this website from time to time (the "Terms and Conditions").

4. By registering with Rollover Bingo and making use of any services offered on the website rolloverbingo.com (including but not limited to playing bingo, access to free lines for the National Lottery Lotto and/or EuroMillions draws (as applicable) and using the chat rooms) (the "Services"), You warrant that You fully understand and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

5. You may only use the Services if You are above the minimum legal age for use of such services as determined in the jurisdiction in which You reside. You cannot play under any circumstances if You are not at least eighteen (18) years of age. The Company reserves the right to require proof of age from You and Your Account (as defined in paragraph 11) may be suspended until satisfactory proof of age is provided.

6. Use of the Services is open only to residents of those jurisdictions where such participation is legal and not prohibited. Participation in the Services is void wherever prohibited by law. For example, if You are located in the United States of America it is illegal for You to register or play bingo or other games on this website. Should the Company discover that You are located in the USA or another jurisdiction where such participation is prohibited, the Company reserves the right to immediately suspend Your Account.

7. The Company makes no representations or warranties, implicit or explicit, as to Your legal right to participate in the Services nor shall any of the Company's employees, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents or retailers have the authority to make any such representations or warranties. You acknowledge that it is Your sole responsibility to ensure that at all times You comply with the laws that govern You and that You have the complete legal right to use the Services. Any use of the Services is at Your sole option, discretion and risk.

8. Any employees of the Company, its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, retailers of the Company and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible to participate in the Services.

9. Any use of the Services is at Your sole option, discretion and risk. By using the Services, You acknowledge that you do not find the Services to be offensive, objectionable, unfair, or indecent.

10. You agree to use the Services solely for Your own personal entertainment and non-professional use. Any other use of the Services is strictly prohibited.

11. To use the Services, You will first need to register for an account with the Company. You may access the Services from Your Account. You can open an account with the Company by choosing a unique account name and password and entering other information requested on the registration form such as (but not limited to) Your first and last name, address, email, gender, birth date and telephone number (an 'Account'). You shall ensure that the details provided at registration are accurate and kept up to date. You can change the details You provide at registration at any time by editing Your Account preferences. Please see the Privacy Policy for further details. Alternatively, You can contact the Company for further information. There are no set-up charges for opening Your Account. The Company is not a bank and funds are not insured by any government agency. You shall ensure that all payments into Your Account are from a payment source for which You are the named account holder.

12a You may not hold more than one (1) Account in connection with Your use of the Services. If You have more than one (1) Account or Accounts in different names, then You must contact The Company immediately to have Your Accounts managed so that You only have one (1) Account. The Company reserve the right to close Your Account(s) if You open multiple Accounts. Should the Company have reasonable grounds to believe that multiple Accounts have been opened with the intention to defraud the Company, the Company reserves the right to cancel any transaction related to said fraud attempt. If you have lost Your Account name or password, please contact The Company for a replacement.

12b The Company reserves the right to close Bingo accounts registered from certain countries. This policy was introduced after high volume credit card fraud originated in these countries. Winnings from these accounts will not be paid out more than the amount of the purchases made on the account. We apologize to the customers from the countries detailed below for the inconvenience caused. The countries are: Albania , Armenia , Azerbaijan , Belarus , Belarussia , Bosnia , Bosnia and Herzegovina , Bulgaria , Croatia , Czech Republic , Estonia , Herzegovina , Hungary , Indonesia , Kosova , Latvia , Lithuania , Malaysia , Moldova , Montenegro , Romania , Russia , Russian Federation , Serbia , Slovakia , Slovenia, South Africa, Turkey, Ukraine and Yugoslavia (including, but not limited to). Persons who are resident in the United States and Israel are not entitled to open an account with Rollover Bingo and play Bingo Games and or Instant Games for real money with Rollover Bingo.

13. The name on Your Account must match Your true and legal name and identity and the name on Your Account registration must match the name on the credit card(s) or other payment accounts used to deposit or receive monies into Your Account. To verify Your identity, the Company reserves the right to request satisfactory proof of identity (including but not limited to copies of a valid passport/identity card and/or any payment cards used) and satisfactory proof of address (including but not limited to a recent utility bill or bank statement) at any time. Failure to supply such documentation may result in suspension of Your Account.

14. The Company makes every effort to ensure that errors or mistakes do not occur in any Services. You must inform the Company as soon as You become aware of any errors with respect to Your Account or any calculations with respect to winnings or cash-ins paid to You. In the event of such error or any system failure or game error (a divergence from the normal functioning of the game logic for whatever reason) that results in an error in any aspect of the Services ('Error'). The Company will seek to place all parties directly affected by such Error in the position they were in before the Error occurred. The Company reserves the right to declare null and void any winnings or cash-ins paid to You that were the subject of such Error and to take any money from Your Account relating to the relevant winnings or cash-ins paid to You. If there are insufficient funds in Your Account, The Company may demand that You pay it the relevant outstanding amount relating to such winnings or cash-ins'.

15. There is a one (1) card minimum purchase per game, and a maximum purchase of 24 cards per game.

16. Bingo is played in "Autoplay" mode, whereby numbers 'called' will be automatically crossed off a player's bingo cards, and You will be automatically notified if You have a winning bingo card.

17. Once cards are purchased, they are non-refundable and non-transferable.

18. In the case of there being more than one jackpot winning card, the jackpot prize will be split equally amongst the number of winners.

19. If You feel that a game has played out unfairly then You must contact the customer support team with the game ID. Please ensure You have a record of the issue, as You see it, to ensure that the Company can assist You. If You have any dispute with regard to any outcome in the game, You must submit Your complaint to the Company in writing within fourteen (14) days of the day on which the discrepancy complained of occurred.

20. You fully accept and agree that random number generator software will determine the outcome of every game played on the Services. If there is a discrepancy between the result showing on Your screen and the Company's server the result showing on the Company's server shall govern the result. Moreover, You understand and agree that (without prejudice to Your other rights and remedies) the Company's records shall be the final authority in determining the terms of Your use of the Services, the activity resulting therefrom and the circumstances in which such activity occurred.

21. The Company reserves the right to cancel Your Account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to You. Any balance in Your Account at the time of such cancellation will be credited to Your credit card or sent to You by cheque. However, the Company reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to cancel your account, void any winnings and confiscate any balance in Your Account in any of the following circumstances:

  1. (a) If You have more than one active Account;
  2. (b) If the name on Your Account does not match the name on the credit card(s) used to make purchases on Your Account;
  3. (c) If you breach rules or guidance issued by the Company;
  4. (d) If You provide incorrect or misleading registration information;
  5. (e) If You do not meet the age requirements stipulated in clause 5 above;
  6. (f) If You reside in a jurisdiction where participation in the Services is prohibited by law;
  7. (g) If You have allowed (intentionally or unintentionally) anyone other than Yourself to access the Services through Your Account;
  8. (h) If You have used the Services other than for Your own personal entertainment as described in clause 10 above;
  9. (i) If You have "charged back" any of the purchases made with Your credit card on Your Account;
  10. (j) If the Company becomes aware or, in the Company's absolute discretion, it determines that there is reason to believe that You or anyone accessing the services via Your account is employing any mechanism that alters the way in which the Services operate;
  11. (k) If the Company becomes aware or, in the Company's absolute discretion, it determines that there is reason to believe that You have undertaken any of the above whilst using any other on-line gaming or comparable service; or
  12. (l) If You become bankrupt or subject to analogous proceedings anywhere in the world.

22. The Company reserves the right to close Accounts registered from a country/state that it has determined is a restricted territory. The Company shall determine which countries/states are restricted territories in its absolute discretion from time to time.23. By accepting any prize and/or winnings from the Company (including payment into your Account or taking delivery of a prize or cheque), You consent to the use of Your name for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.

24. Where a promotion offers a specific prize the Company will endeavour to ensure the winner of that promotion receives the prize as described. However, in the event that the Company deems that it is unable to supply such an item it may, in its sole discretion, offer a similar item or an equivalent amount in cash as an alternative.

25. You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on any prizes and/or winnings that You collect from the Company.

26. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice to You, to add new activities or games to the Services or to discontinue any activity or game at any time.

27. If You do not log onto Your Account for a period of 180 days, any balance in Your Account will be forfeited to the Company.

28. You are solely responsible for keeping Your Account number and password secure and secret. You shall not allow any other person or third party including, without limitation, any minor, to use or reuse Your Account, access and/or use any materials or information from the website, accept any prize, or participate in the Services. You are solely responsible for any purchases and/or losses that may occur on Your Account.

29. The Company shall not be required to maintain user names or passwords if You misplace, forget, lose, or are otherwise unable to enter it because of anything other than the Company's error.

30. The Company shall not be liable for computer or Internet malfunctions nor attempts by the You to participate in the Services by methods, means or ways not intended by the Company.

31. If You are found to be cheating or attempting to defraud the Services, or if You make untrue and/or malicious comments with regard to the Company's operation, the Company reserves the right to publicise Your actions together with Your identity and e-mail address, as well as to circulate this information to other Bingo and gaming companies, banks, credit card companies, and appropriate agencies.

32. You shall hold the Company, its employees, officers, directors, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents and retailers harmless and shall fully indemnify same from any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages whatsoever that may arise as a result of: (i) Your entry, use, or reuse of the website, (ii) Your use of any materials at the website, (iii) Your entry, use, or reuse of the Company's server, (iv) Your participation in the Services, or, (v) Your acceptance of any prize.

33. All intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, all trade mark rights and copyright) in the brand 'Rollover Bingo' (word and logo) and the website's graphic user interface, content and look and feel vest in Cashcade. You agree that You will not display or use the brand or the website's graphic user interface, content or look and feel in any manner unless You have been given Cashcade's prior written consent to do so.

34. Components that make up the Services (whether electronically obtained or obtained by other means) are automatically void if counterfeited, mutilated, forged, altered or tampered with in any way, if illegible, mechanically or electronically reproduced, obtained outside authorised legitimate channels or if they contain printing, production, typographical, mechanical, electronic or any other errors. Liability for the components of the Services containing any error is limited to replacement of same.

35. You agree that by submitting any material to the Company in relation to any prize claims or promotions that you are assigning all of your rights in that material to the Company. Further you acknowledge that such material will not be returned to You. You agree that the Company is not responsible for any promotion or competition entries that are lost, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, mutilated, misdirected or where the postage amount paid is not sufficient to ensure the items delivery.

36. The Company recommends that You print out all transaction data, rules of the game and payment methods and keep them in an easily accessible place.

37. Credit to use the parts of the Services that attract a charge may be purchased in 5 increments; the minimum purchase is 5.

38. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, or to implement or amend any procedures, at any time without prior notice to You. Such amendments will be implemented at the discretion of the Company and put into immediate effect. Such procedural changes will only be in response to the interests and security of the Services or the players.

39. You are entitled to close Your Account and terminate your Agreement with the Company on seven (7) days notice to the Company by withdrawing the entire balance from Your Account and sending a letter or email or telephoning the Company using the details as set out at Contact UsThe Company will respond within a reasonable time provided that You continue to assume responsibility for all activity on Your Account until such closure has been affected by the Company.

40. The Company takes Responsible Gaming seriously. If You would like the Company to close Your Account for responsible gaming reasons please email using the details at Contact Us and the Company will endeavour to close Your Account as soon as reasonably possible.

41. Txt Lotto Limited (Txt Lotto) (Company Registration Number 05378699) whose registered office is at 60 Cannon Street, London EC4N 6JP, offers syndicate management services to customers of the Company that wish to take part in a lottery syndicate for either the main lotto and/or EuroMillions draw (as applicable). By registering with Rollover Bingo and making use the Services you are also entering into a separate agreement with Txt Lotto. 42. You agree to the sharing of information between Txt Lotto and the Company for the purpose of managing the syndicate services and the transfer of funds.

43. You may qualify for free syndicated National Lottery Lotto and/or Euromillions, as applicable, lines ('Lottery Lines') from time to time, in accordance with special offers that are made on the website. The actual number of free syndicated lines, and the number of draws, may vary depending on the special offer. Players must be registered at Rollover Bingo to benefit from this promotion. Lines form part of a syndicate of 49.

44. If you become entitled to a free Lottery Line, Txt Lotto will allocate you to a syndicate of up to 49 players, for a National Lottery Lotto and/or EuroMillions draw that takes place after the date upon which You became entitled to receive that line. Please also note that Lottery Lines are lucky dip, therefore duplicates may occur.

45. The Company makes no guarantee as to the date of the draw for which a winner of a free Lottery Line will be entered into a Txt Lotto syndicate. The Company shall endeavour to ensure that Lottery Line winners are entered into the next available draw. If the Company is unable to secure a Lottery Line winner's entry into the next available draw on more than two consecutive occasions (for example a winner is not entered for a Saturday National Lottery Lotto draw and then is again not entered into the draw on the following Wednesday) then the winner shall be entitled to an additional free Lottery Line from Txt Lotto. The issue of a free Lottery Line shall be the sole and exclusive remedy available to You in relation to any failure on the part of the Company to enter You into the next available National Lottery Lotto and/or EuroMillions, as applicable, draw.

46. Subject to clause 45, if Your syndicate holds a winning line matching three or four numbers for the National Lottery Lotto and/or EuroMillions, as applicable, then You authorise Txt Lotto to pay Your share of the relevant syndicate's winnings to Your Account. The Company will convert Your National Lottery Lotto and/or EuroMillions, as applicable, winnings to bingo points at the rate of 1 per 1000 bingo points. Larger wins will be paid in by cheque in accordance with Txt Lotto's standard terms and conditions (please find the relevant link to Txt Lottos standard terms and conditions in clause 41 of these Terms and Conditions).

47. You acknowledge it is the sole responsibility of Txt Lotto to pay any syndicate winnings to You or into Your Account and agree that you have no claim against the Company in the event that Txt Lotto does not pay You any winnings that You believe are due.

48. You acknowledge that you have entered into a separate agreement with Txt Lotto and agree that the Company shall not be held responsible for the acts or omissions of Txt Lotto.

49. These Terms and Conditions and all other terms incorporated in accordance with clause 3 represent the complete, final and exclusive agreement between You and the Company and supersede and merge all prior agreements, representations and understandings between You and the Company with regards to the Services.

50. Except insofar as these Terms and Conditions expressly provide that a third party may in their own right enforce a term, a person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions has no right under local law or statute to rely upon or enforce any term in them but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available other than under local law or statute.

51. The Company reserves the right to transfer, assign, sublicense or pledge these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, to any person (but without Your consent) without notice, provided that any such assignment will be on the same terms or terms that are no less advantageous to You. You may not assign, sublicense or otherwise transfer in any manner whatsoever any of Your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

52. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts for settlement of any disputes or matters arising out of or concerning these Terms and Conditions or their enforceability.

53. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, it will not affect the validity of the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.

54. The Company may share Your personal data with any of its agents who may only use such data for strictly the same purposes as the Company shall specify and as set out in these Terms and Conditions. The Company shall use Your personal data in accordance with thePrivacy Policy

55. Information that you submit via this website may be transferred by the Company and/or Txt Lotto to our other offices and/or to third parties which may be situated in locations outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and may be processed by staff operating in those locations. The countries concerned may not have similar data protection laws to the EEA. By submitting information via this website, you agree to this storing, processing and/or transfer.

56. You should assume that all use of the website, and emails, SMS and telephone calls between You and the Company will be recorded. These recordings will be the Company's property and may be used as evidence in the event of any dispute or to improve customer services.

LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

56. Your access to and use of the services is at your sole option, discretion and risk. the company shall not be liable for any malfunctions of the computer programs relating to the services the company make available, errors as described in clause 14, bugs or viruses resulting in lost data or any other damage to your computer equipment, mobile phone or mobile device, or software. furthermore, the company shall not be liable for any attempts by you to use the services by methods, means or ways not intended by us. the company is not required to provide redundant or backup networks and/or systems.

57. The company will provide the services with reasonable skill and care and substantially as described in this agreement. the company does not make any other promises or warranties about the services.

58. the company's maximum liability to you or any third party arising out of this agreement or your use of the services or the computer programs relating to the services the company make available from the platforms, whether for breach of contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, will be limited in any twelve (12) month period to the amount, if any, you have paid from your account in the same twelve (12) month period.

59. the company's group (including its officers, directors, agents and employees) will not be liable to you in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any business losses, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, reputation or business interruption or for any losses which are not currently foreseeable by the company's group arising out of these agreements or your use of the services.

60. nothing in these agreements will operate so as to exclude any liability the company may have in respect of either fraud, or death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

One to Go and Two to Go Games

61. "1TG players" are defined as all players who have "1 to go" on their card at the time when bingo is called. Similarly, "2TG players" are defined as all players who have "2 to go" on their card at such time.

62. Some games may be defined as a "1TG"/"2TG" game, i.e. a game in which "1TG players" and/or "2TG players" will also win a prize.

63. Both 75-ball and 90-ball games may be defined as "1TG" games.

64. In a 75-ball game - "1TG" and "2TG" players are the 2nd place winners and the 3rd place winners respectively of the bingo game.

65. In a 90-ball game - "1TG" and "2TG" players are the 2nd place winners and the 3rd place winners respectively of the "Full House" sub-game.

66. "1TG players" and "2TG players" will win a different prize than the 1st place bingo winner; such prize can be any of the following at the Company's sole discretion:

67. Funds: A specific percentage of the game's jackpot or a fixed amount that is either:

(a) Divided between all "1TG"/"2TG" winners (one win for each "1TG" player, regardless of the number of "1TG" cards that the player holds).

(b) Divided between all "1TG"/"2TG" tickets (one win for each "1TG" card).

68. For each "1TG"/"2TG" winner - the house will only know the amount of money that is going to be given to players when the game begins

70. Funds can be given as real money, bonus money or loyalty points.

71. Tangibles:

  1. (a) Divided between all "1TG"/"2TG" winners (one win for each "1TG" player, regardless of the number of "1TG" cards that the player holds).
  2. (b) Divided between all "1TG"/"2TG" tickets (one win for each "1TG" card).
  3. (c) For each "1TG"/"2TG" winner - the house will only know the amount of money that is going to be given to players when the game begins
  4. (d) For each "1TG"/"2TG" ticket - the house will only know the amount of money that is going to be given to players when the game begins.

Bonuses

  1. All promotions, bonuses or special offers are subject to promotion-specific terms and conditions and any complimentary bonus credited to your account must be used in adherence with such terms and conditions. We reserve the right to withdraw any promotion, bonus or special offer at any time.
  2. In the event that the Company believes a user of the Service is abusing or attempting to abuse a bonus or other promotion, or is likely to benefit through abuse or lack of good faith from a gambling policy adopted by the Company, then the Company may, at its sole discretion, deny, withhold or withdraw from any user any bonus or promotion, or rescind any policy with respect to that user, either temporarily or permanently, or terminate that user's access to the Services and/or block that user's account.
  3. All users of the Services shall be entitled only to one welcome bonus. Members who make their first deposit with the Company or any of its white label partners, and who have or previously had an account with any of the Sites owned or operated by the Company, including both In-House Brands and White Label Brands, shall not be entitled to an additional welcome bonus, unless the Company decides otherwise at its absolute discretion.
  4. In the event that the Company deems in its sole discretion that you have been taking unfair advantage of the Company's welcome bonuses or have executed any other act in bad faith in relation to a bonus promotion offered on any of the Sites owned and/or operated by the Company, the Company shall have the right to block or terminate your accounts with the Company and in such circumstances, the Company shall be under no obligation to refund to you any funds that may be in your accounts other than your original deposit amounts.

ASSIGNMENT

We reserve the right to transfer, assign, sublicense or pledge these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, to any person (but without your consent) without notice, provided that any such assignment will be on the same terms or terms that are no less advantageous to you. You may not assign, sublicense or otherwise transfer in any manner whatsoever any of your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

Free Bingo Terms & Conditions

1. Free Bingo is provided as an additional service specifically designed to enhance a player's enjoyment of our site.

2. Whilst we describe the free bingo games promoted as "free" we do require you to register with us and to be responsible for the associated cost of using the Internet when participating.

3. We use the words "free bingo" in the sense that you do not need to pay anything for the bingo card in order to participate in the Game.

4. To help us combat fraud you must comply with our minimum withdrawal requirements before withdrawing any cash prize. If you have to make a cash deposit to meet these requirements you can then withdraw this cash deposit with your cash prize.

5. It takes up to 8 working days to process a withdrawal. We process all withdrawal transactions 2 working days after your request. Your bank or credit card company may take up to 6 working days from then to complete the process.6. The maximum withdrawal for non funded players on all free bingo games is 100. If a non funded player wishes to withdraw more than 100, the player's remaining balance will become void. However, if such players do not choose to withdraw then all of their funds will remain available for further playing.

7. The Company reserves the right to remove or make amends to the free bingo service at any time without prior notice.

8. You are only permitted to enter Free Bingo for your own personal entertainment and non-professional use. Any other use of the Free Bingo games is strictly prohibited.

9. Constant use of the free bingo rooms (i.e. playing free bingo games more than 3 hours a day on average every week or staying in the free bingo rooms for more than 120 games per week) will be regarded as professional use.

10. The Company reserves the right to block or remove a player who violates or fails to adhere to these terms and conditions without prior warning.

11. These terms and conditions are subject to, and additional to the "General Terms and Conditions" and the "Promotion Terms and Conditions".
